We offer Standard Ground service within the contiguous United States. Calivo partners with UPS and USPS. Standard delivery is 5 to 10 business days (Includes 2-3 days for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit).
Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO or outside of the continental United States.
Replacement Policy
- Loss/Missing: Contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt with your order number.
- Damage/Defect: For items purchased from the Calivo site, contact us within 30 days of receipt with pictures and a description of the problem.
